Yes. All sales are considered final.

Because each antique clock is unique, returns are generally not accepted.
Repairs After Purchase
In rare circumstances, a clock may be returned to our workshop for repair.

If a return is approved, it must be requested within one year of the original purchase.
Shipping Damage
What happens if a clock arrives damaged?
We will work with you to document the damage and provide guidance on the next steps.
How quickly should shipping damage be reported?
Please notify us immediately if your clock arrives with shipping damage.
Who files the shipping claim?
The customer is responsible for promptly notifying the shipping carrier and initiating any necessary shipping claim.
Product Accuracy
Do the photos accurately represent the clock?
Yes. We make every effort to ensure our photographs accurately represent each clock.
How do you describe wear or imperfections?
Because these are antique clocks, normal wear, prior repairs, and age-related characteristics may be present. We do our best to describe and photograph any known wear, imperfections, or previous repairs.
Deposits
Do you accept deposits?
Yes. Deposits are accepted on clock purchases.
Are deposits refundable?
Yes. Deposits are refundable.
Repairs
Do repaired clocks include a warranty?
We no longer provide a warranty on clock performance.
Why is there no warranty?
We previously offered a one-year warranty under normal use. However, we no longer provide a performance warranty.
